Step by Step

​

  • Ingredients for 12-14 cookies:

1 cup cashew butter​

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

0.5 baking soda

2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened

1 tsp stevia powder

1.5 tbsp isolate soy protein

Preparation: 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C  and line a cookie tray with baking paper. Set aside.

  • Add cashew butter, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, cocoa powder, stevia powder, and isolate soy protein into a mixing bowl and mix until a smooth, glossy dough forms. 

  • Roll about 2 tbsp of dough between your palms to form a ball, then place on the prepared cookie tray. repeat until all dough have been used. 

  • Use a fork to flatten the cookies, creating a criss-cross pattern across the top. Bake the cookie for 12-15 min.

  • Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for 25 min on the baking tray.
